ENCORE: A Day in the Life
This was Phish’s 1st show at Deer Creek – an amphitheater with a capacity of 21,118 at the time. Phish has played this venue 22 times to-date. Reserved tickets cost $20.00 and the show was sold out. Fish wore his blue and white banana dress with Tipitina’s-style banana print. The vocals of Rift were flubbed but quickly recovered. Set II marked the first time Simple segued into David Bowie. Trey teased Mind Left Body during David Bowie. Possum was played with a heavy metal-ish feel.
