Notes: Trey teased Call to the Post prior to the start of DWD. DWD was unfinished. Ghost contained Jumpin' Jack Flash teases. Piper contained a DEG tease from Trey. The lyrics to Antelope were changed throughout to reference Meatstick that would ensue. Meatstick included the Japanese lyrics.
